A scene followed by a song was shot on Prashant and Mumtaz. Murthy, a youth who always lends a helping hand to the needy, saves Radha from a tricky situation. Grateful for his timely help, Radha gives him some money, which he refuses to take. "I don't have the habit of charging for the help I render to people," says Murthy. Radha returns home, her thoughts revolving around Murthy and his goodness. She fantasises about him and goes into a 'dream song'.

Yet another scene was shot on Prashant and Jyotika. Divya returns to Chennai after spending the holidays in her village. She takes an auto from the station and soon realises that the driver had stacked bottles of arrack in his auto. An angry Divya demands that the auto be taken to the police station. But the auto driver, to be one up on her, suddenly stops the auto and starts abusing her. Murthy, who is walking by, stops and asks the duo as to what the matter is. And is shocked when the driver tells him that the girl travelling in his auto is carrying arrack bottles. And also that, when he had refused to carry them in his auto, she threatened him to do so. Before Divya can get a word in, Murthy who seemed to believe the auto driver's version, advises Divya not to indulge in such anti-social activities.

Prashant, Jyotika, Vijaykumar and Srividya enacted another scene. Ramesh and his wife have all the money in the world, but no peace of mind, since their only son had got lost as a child. This tells on the health of the wife who is admitted to the hospital in a serious condition. "Get her son to her and she will be alright," the doctor advises. Murthy learns about the situation and agrees to impersonate the couple's son. Ramesh's wife shows a miraculous recovery. Their huge bungalow is lighted up for the return of the long-lost son. Another happy person is the couple's niece.

A song was picturised on the lead pair at Prasad Studio. Three huge sets were erected, by art director G.K., with a swimming pool, a tunnel, etc., and the estimated cost is reportedly Rs.10 lakhs. Thirty dancers from Mumbai were brought down for the dance. It took five days to shoot the song by dance master Chinny Prakash. Says Prashant, "Rehman has scored some fantastic music for the film. The film is shaping up well."
