It is a movie produced by Sunder's Theatre. Sathyaraj would be the male lead. Sakthi Chidambaram would be the director. Sakthi Chidambaram joins his hands with Sathyaraj once again after the telling success of 'Ennamma Kannu'.

Naradar is a mythological character known to wreck the harmony that prevails in a family by creating differences of opinion among the inmates of the household. Sathyaraj would perform the role of Naradar in this film. Inspite of his donning the role of a hero, he would do the deeds normally done by a villan. However the story has been woven in such a way that the problems created by Sathyaraj would not harm anyone. Everything would go well in the end, so that the image of the hero would remain intact.

The story would have humour wit and farce as its bedrock. But it would have a message also to drive home.

Divya Unni is acting opposite to Sathyaraj. In one sequence, Sathyaraj would be telling to Divya Unni: "Even when I am laughing heartily without any inner motive, I would appear as if I am mocking at someone else!. And Divya Unni has this to tell by way of retarding back. "But in my case it would be slightly different. While I am really making fun of others, my laugh would resemble that of an innocent woman!" It is told that Divya Unni would be opposing Sathyaraj, taking a different stand, throughout the film. It is a matter of one-up manship.

The movie accommodates another pair also, in Abbas and Mumtaz. Sirpi is going to score the music for the film.

In a recent interview, Sathyaraj has vouch safed that the film would attain success on the strength of its story and dialogues. Whether his prophecy would come true? We will have to wait until the ensuring pongal day to know the answer for this question.
